Packages

A) "Wall Mapping" Package

• Capture structural / retrofitting / backing / electrial / plumbing / audio / cable / phone before the concrete is poured and walls are closed.
• Be able to prove workmanship and insurance claims.
• Quickly find and identify key internal components in event of future work.
  

Walls and Ceilings	projects < 1000 sq ft	— time & materials
	Projects 1000 < 3500 sq ft	— $0.34 per sq foot
	Projects 3500 – 10,000 sq ft	— $0.32 per sq foot
	Projects 10,000+ sq ft	— $0.29 per sq foot

Includes:

—	Sheer walls, all exposed wall after inspectors signoff-right before insulation, and any subfloor plumbing where open & exposed while photographer is on site.
—	All photography, sorting, editing, labeling and cataloging the reference media from stages outlined above.
—	Material is printed & bound into a glossy hardcover book (8x11). Includes digital negatives on a 100 year archival quality CD

NB: other retaining walls, footings / trenches / foundations / radiant flooring are charged on a time and materials basis. $90 on site, $75 in office       

Prices may vary depending upon site conditions and complexity of project.(Additional copies of books are available as a print-on-demand)

Whether it is your own Before and After photos, beautiful After photos or your own documentation of the construction phase, we will take your digital photos and compile them into a glossy hardcover book for everyone to see and reference. 

 Photo labeling / editing as necessary, and Book compilation is charged at our in office rate of $75.00 p.hr

B) Architectural Spread

Capture the glory of it all with beautiful 'finish photos', bound in a glossy hardcover book

C) Construction Phases Package

Document the construction process at 10 stages (see below) - from 2 angles and show case it in a beautiful hardcover coffee table book. More angles / stages are availablee upon request.

D) Before and After - Remodels

Capture your project in HGTV style and show case this in a beautiful hardcover coffee table book. We will photograph 10 key "Before" angles and print these along side the 10 remarkable coinciding "After' photographs.

E) Architects Package

Before remodeling, we will provide the Architect a visual wall by wall guide of the existing structure. We will photograph all internal walls and external walls to ensure your Architect has the best reference material available. 

These photographs will be provided to you as Digital Negatives on a 100 year archival quality CD.

F) Time and Materials

$90 per hour for onsite photography (excluding Architectural shoots)
$75 for in-office editing, optimization,  labeling etc.
Additional CD’s - $7.50
